Product Condition

We offer both new and pre-owned DVDs.

Each product listing includes the condition of the item whenever applicable. While we strive for accuracy, minor cosmetic wear consistent with age or prior ownership may be present on pre-owned items.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after they are received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping

We ship throughout Canada using trusted postal and courier services.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email if tracking information is available.

Returns

Due to the nature of adult products, all sales are final.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

• You receive the wrong item.

• Your order arrives damaged.

• The DVD is defective or unplayable.

If you experience one of these issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at adultdvdclassics@gmail.com.

Defective Products

If a DVD is defective, please provide:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photos of the item (if applicable)

After reviewing your request, we may provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Privacy & Discreet Shipping

We value your privacy.

Orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no indication of the contents on the outside of the package.

Customer information is kept confidential and is used only to process orders and provide customer support.
